- LEF1 (lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1) is a transcription factor mediating Wnt/Beta-catenin signaling. Although it is expressed in most CLL/SLL cases, it may be present in a small number of mantle cell lymphomas. It has also been described in some non-hematopoietic tumors.
