AP | CP Board Certified Hematopathologist
RAMSEY, NEW JERSEY (USA). Pathline is a multi-subspecialty private reference laboratory with a growing hematopathology service. The successful candidate will be a team player and function as a Staff Hematopathologist to provide cutting-edge and contemporary hematopathology consultations to clients ranging from community practices to large hospital systems. A minimum 3-5 years of post-fellowship training experience is required. Responsibilities
Effectively integrate relevant histopathologic features and clinical data with the results of in house flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, cytogenetics/FISH, and molecular testing including Next Generation Sequencing.
Provide expert consultations with maximal efficiency to client institutions ranging from regional private pathology practices to large hospital systems.
Contribute strongly to a culture of collegiality and mutual respect among clinical laboratory staff and peer pathologists.
Contribute to laboratory process improvement.
Requirements
M.D. or D.O.
American Board of Pathology Subspecialty Certification in Hematopathology.
Minimum 3-5 years of post-fellowship training experience required. Industry or private reference laboratory experience will be considered especially favorably.
Active licensure or ability to obtain unrestricted medical licenses in New Jersey and New York.
