Frank Moser

Chief Executive Officer

Frank joined Pathline in September 2019 and was named CEO in December of that year. Frank is a highly accomplished professional in the laboratory industry with exceptional business strategy and technical experience in healthcare.

Prior to Pathline, Frank spent 17 years with Aegis Sciences Corporation in Nashville, TN. As President of Aegis he helped lead the growth of the company from a small, regional laboratory to a national forensic/healthcare laboratory with over 900 employees. He was instrumental in the launch of the PainComp® service in 2005, which quickly grew to the premier toxicology/compliance platform in the lab industry.

Mr. Moser has been recognized as a Power Leader in Healthcare by the Nashville Business Journal and was named to the inaugural class of Nashville Healthcare Council’s Fellows Program.

Gregory S. Henderson, MD, PhD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Henderson has been a consulting Pathologist with Pathline Labs since 2018 and was appointed Medical Director in November 2020. He was formerly the President of BioReference Laboratories from 2016 to 2018 and Vice Chairman of Outreach Pathology and Laboratory Medicine for the Mount Sinai Health System in New York from 2014 to 2016.

Prior to his executive roles, Dr. Henderson was Founder of Pacific Pathology Partners in Seattle, WA, and a Partner in Wilmington Pathology Associates in Wilmington, NC. He served as Section Head of Anatomic Pathology at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans during the post-Katrina years of 2005-2007.

Dr. Henderson is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Medical School, where he received both an MD and a Ph.D. in immunology. He completed residencies at Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Utah and ARUP Reference Laboratories and fellowship training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Michael Lorenzo

Chief Operating Officer

Michael leads all key operational aspects of Pathline Labs, including Logistics, Customer Service, Operations Excellence, and Laboratory Operations. With over 30 years of experience in the reference laboratory business Michael is passionate about driving continuous improvement in daily operations and helping Pathline make sound business decisions for present and future growth.

Michael has experience in Operations and Process Excellence across manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Pathline Labs in 2010, Michael was director of support Services/National Support Process Owner at Genzyme Laboratories.

He has an exemplary record of building and developing high-performing teams that consistently surpass business goals and generate profitable growth in Operations and Sales environments. He is highly skilled in operating a business by turning data analytics into practical business information, utilizing review mechanisms, and creating a performance culture to deliver results. Michael received his bachelor’s degree from University of Connecticut and his MBA from Fordham University.

Steve Pickens

Chief Commercial Officer

Steve Pickens leads Sales, Marketing, Communications, Payer Relations, and the Commercial Laboratory business as Chief Commercial Officer. As a seasoned strategic leader, Steve brings 26 years of expert experience in healthcare working with multi-national companies, most recently with Aegis Sciences as Vice President of Sales for nine years.

He has worked with Alpharma, and Mylan, developing plans focused on growth, market access, marketing, and communications programs. As Chief Commercial Officer Steve will continue to develop plans focused on growth, market access, sales, and marketing programs. Steve received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration Management from University of Memphis.

Wajid Ullah

Chief Information Officer

Having joined Pathline in November 2019 as Chief Information Officer, Wajid provides strategic oversight of all Pathline’s information technology operations, digital solutions, and informatics. Wajid brings over 15 years of diverse technology management experience ranging from multi-national companies to regional clinical laboratories, most recently with MedLabs Diagnostics as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. While at MedLabs he led the development of custom laboratory applications which reduced manual processes by 25,000+ hours /year.

As Chief Information Officer Wajid will continue to implement innovative technology solutions to help Pathline improve the way we use technology to exceed the expectations of our patients, clients, and employees.
Wajid received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in IT Management from Rutgers University.
