BOB.1 is a transcription factor required for antigen-dependent germinal center formation. BOB.1 expression is present in a variety of non Hodgkin lymphomas (germinal center origin, some mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma and T-cell lymphoma) and lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.
